房價被炒高之後，現在連市郊區的房租都被炒高，很多租屋網刊登兩三房的房子宣稱「社會住宅」，房租每月三萬，扣除補助都還要兩萬以上，請問哪個真弱勢族群有辦法去租？
整個市郊區租屋物件都被壟斷，剩下虛漲50%的房屋，難道現在租屋也要跟買屋一樣，先對半砍嗎？
租屋就是相對的弱勢了，你們到底有沒有做好市場調查，為了增加就業機會，結果虛漲房租侵蝕經濟相對弱勢者，你們的公平正義在哪裡？
