我是一個超怕打針 每次打針必哭的人 選擇這間診所後也是很緊張 上網爬評論都蠻可怕的 結果到現場「是一個看起來很溫馨的診所」 「郭醫師看起來就是一個比較認真的爺爺」而已！ ＊真的沒有這麼可怕！ ＊切記進診間不要手伸起來、嘴巴要張大壓低 打麻醉過程我因為很害怕不小心發出「哼」的聲音 （評論郭醫師很討厭人家哼哼叫的 會生氣） 但郭醫師是很溫柔跟我說不要哼 等等打錯地方就慘了 ＊郭醫師打麻醉真的快狠準！比我體檢去抽血還不痛 （我第一次打針完全一滴眼淚都沒有流 眼角是乾的） 拔牙過程我緊張到一個背直接拱成一座橋 因為下排智齒只有剩一點點在外面 上排智齒很緊 郭醫師跟護理師有使用木槌敲敲打打一番 ＊但過程中其實真的沒有感覺！不會痛！ 拔完紗布「咬緊」一個小時後我就止血了 完全沒有什麼口腔血腥味啊一直流血什麼的 術後也是按照醫師開藥時間吃藥就不會疼痛 拔智齒的痠痛 大概就是戴牙套酸痛一樣 比起打完第一劑疫苗的副作用 局部的智齒酸根本沒什麼 ＊我13:45開始拔 到傍晚退麻藥 臉部就已經消腫了 除了靠近智齒的口腔內肌肉還是脹脹的 但臉完全看不出來有腫！ 而且我18:00多就可以小口進食一些乾的食物了 希望可以幫助減緩跟我一樣怕打針朋友的恐懼感～～～ 會怕其實眼睛閉緊就好了 時間過超快的！

Excellent expertise but soso service

This oral surgeon, Dr. Guo, is amazing! He is so experienced that I barely felt anything while he gave me local anesthesia. It was smooth and right on the spot. During the surgery, he only took less than 10 minutes to complete the extraction of my horizontal impacted wisdom tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Guo if you are suffering from wisdom tooth issue. A quick head-up, just giving all your trust to Dr. Guo without any argument. He definitely know what he is doing.

I went here super nervous because back home we usually go under when we get a wisdom tooth taken out. My wisdom tooth had deep divergent roots and was impacted and I knew it wasn’t going to be fun. The ladies at the front were so helpful as my Chinese is very poor they helped me fill out forms and explained everything to me. The doctor went straight to business and proceeded to pull out my tooth. This procedure will never be a good one but I could feel how expertly my tooth was taken out. I was incredibly nervous but it was all over after a few minutes. Would highly recommend this place! (It will never be nice getting your tooth taken out ever but this was as pleasant as I could imagine it to be) Thank you!

Doctor Guo came highly recommend, but has left his patient traumatized by his bad attitude! He raised his voice multiple times and lost his temper.

Nurse was sweet BUT Dentist was mean and impatient! Threatens “I’m gonna leave” thrice. Condescending. Everyone does try to open up wide, if you can’t he snaps. Patients aren’t the problem maybe his hands are too chunky.

This doctor has magical hands~! - The doctor only extracts wisdom teeth. - I made a booking over the phone, was really simple. - When I arrived, nurses took some basic information then took an Xray of my teeth. - They confirmed the wisdom tooth that I wanted to extract. Once in the doctors office room my procedure was simple: 1) Rinse your mouth with provided mouth wash (30 sec, spit it out and then lay down - Don't do anything else otherwise doctor will get angry) 2) Open your mouth as BIG and WIDE as possible. 3) Put your hands on your side (no where else - ONLY ON THE SIDE) 4) Got my injection to get my mouth numb (first time it didn't hurt WOW) 5) Rinse my mouth with normal water to get bitter taste out 6) Waited about 3 min for the numbness to kick in 7) Lay back down MOUTH WIDE OPEN + HANDS ON THE SIDE! 8) 5min later I was done. I was told by many different dentists that my wisdom tooth was hard to extract because it was in a horizontal position and pushed right up against my other tooth. They even said I might get nerve damage. I was am so amazed that this doctor did such an awesome job so fast!!! (Fastest I have been in and out of a dentists office and this is for a wisdom teeth extraction!). I didn't have any nerve damage and the doctor got it done faster than when I had the extract normal tooth at a dentist. Seemed like a walk in the park for the doctor. It's now a few days after, I didn't get any swelling or pain (mild discomfort only). Yes, the 1 star review people are right. Doctor is pretty elderly and has a bad temper but I believe his like that because its for your safety because he works so fast. He speaks to the nurses in a very respectful way. My advise when you go: 1) Treat it as you are in the military (Don't talk back) 2) Trust the doctor (don't move around or twitch while the doctor is working on your) 3) Do exactly what the doctor and nurses tell you to do (NO MORE NO LESS) 4) Open your mouth as big and wide as possible 5) Place your hands ONLY TO YOUR SIDES 6) Don't take the shouting personally (its just for your safety and the doctor doesn't speak much) 7) Don't ask questions (welcome to ask the nurses before or after, if they don't know they will ask the doctor to explain. Not while you on the seat in the doctors office) Overall I highly recommend this doctor for wisdom teeth extraction. It was professionally done, quick and painless. Best wisdom tooth extraction experience I've ever had.
