★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務很好，還幫我確認公司有無配合優惠，辦了很優惠的手機續約方案，貼膜師也很專業地解說，是一次很不錯的續約經驗。
事後回家發現把剛買的孩子雨傘忘在門市，經連絡後門市回電會幫忙先收著，沒有被其他人帶走真是太好了，也感謝門市幫忙收起來。
p.s 唯一可以再改善的是門市居然沒有電話可以直接聯絡，只能查詢到0800客服專線，要聯絡門市還需請中央客服轉達，有點不便。
 The service is very good, and it also helped me to confirm whether the company has any discounts, and arranged a very favorable mobile phone contract renewal plan. The applicator also explained it professionally. It was a very good contract renewal experience.
After the incident, I went home and found that I forgot the child’s umbrella I just bought at the store. After contacting me, the store will help me to put it away. It’s great that it wasn’t taken away by others. I also thank the store for helping me put it away.
p.s The only thing that can be improved further is that the store has no telephone to contact directly, only the 0800 customer service line can be found. To contact the store, you need to ask the central customer service to convey it, which is a little inconvenient.
