來這邊諮商七年了,多年來每週必定諮商一次,是我心中的綠洲,唯一能真正放鬆的地方…沙遊非常有趣且舒壓,與梅芳老師的對談總能讓自己受惠許多許多…謝謝這邊一直以來提供的諮商環境。 陳醫師也是非常細心,在藥物的配合方面一直以來細心且溫和的聽取狀況來開藥給我,是非常棒的醫師。 初診請務必預約,因為自己每週也是固定預約好時間,有時是一個小時半多的諮商,若是未預約就可能需要等到諮商有空檔,因為諮商中若非緊急狀況,診所人員是絕對不會敲門的。 且諮商可能是排滿的,若這樣可能變成當場預約其他時間,造成白跑一趟。 除非只是拿藥領取處方籤之類,短時間5-10分左右的健保看診可以臨時去,不然需自費的諮商一定需要預約,好讓診所針對諮商做時間的安排喲!

我是去年來看診的,也忘記上次是那個醫生幫我看診的,講到後面不知道是怎樣醫生越來越激動,講話的語氣沒有讓病人完全沒有來問診的樣子,反而很像在罵病人的感覺;醫生問我事情發生的當下情緒是什麼,我跟他說當時小朋友完全沒什麼情緒,然後醫生就說不可能沒情緒;請問一下醫生是當事人還是我自己是當事人? 我沒有質疑醫生的專業度,只是覺得來看診還被質疑?感覺很差,很像要趕快打發病人的樣子,真的很不行

先前去看診的了 當時為了去看診還跟公司提前請假,坐了將近半小時的車過去 結果到現場櫃檯才告知預約的醫師請假,要給代班醫師看 然後看完以後,感覺還更差了,醫師完全沒耐性,看診過程不斷嘆氣 總之就是一個浪費時間且很糟糕的看診體驗 我也不想以偏概全,當時的看診醫師姓 王

櫃檯沒什麼問題 環境有放音樂 雖然醫生聽到之前長期在其他間已經收掉的診所看後,就只有一直在確定我在吃的藥他們那邊有沒有, 我講話也容易被打斷 (甚至沒來得及說我中間早就斷藥好幾個月XD) 然後說因為健保資料太久以前所以查不到我之前的用藥 不過醫生還是有試圖再三確認用藥跟情緒狀況的 出來後藥師給了藥說反正睡前吃一顆就走了 離開後在門外我在自己的健保app隨便一查就查到藥名跟紀錄,可能個人跟診所能查的時間範圍不一樣吧 走回去想說跟藥師說一下之前用的是這個藥,講了好幾句,她只回我說沒有這個藥,聽不懂你在說什麼 重新解釋了才回答我說,這你要跟醫生講啊 (我不過兩分鐘前離開,後面也沒什麼人,前面醫生還特地拿照片去給藥師看問說能不能找到類似的藥,有沒有這麼快就忘記啊XD) 總之是個處處細節都讓人不太舒服的診所,尤其是藥師。我連去看耳鼻喉科的藥師都會跟我解釋用藥跟可能的副作用,這已經不是診所類別的問題了吧。感覺不是很尊重去看診的人。

After re-explaining, I replied, you have to talk to the doctor (I just left two minutes ago, and there is no one behind. The doctor in front took the photo to the pharmacist to see if he could find a similar medicine, and if I forgot it so soon XD) In short, it is a clinic where every detail is uncomfortable, especially the pharmacist. I even went to the otolaryngology pharmacist to explain to me the medication and possible side effects. This is no longer a clinic type problem. I don't feel very respectful to the people who go to the doctor.
