おでんとイカの天ぷらセット140元を注文しました。
おでんはお会計後すぐに作ってもらいました。
辛味は入れるか聞かれましたが抜きにしてもらいました。
イカの天ぷらは5分待ちで、呼び出しベルなどは無いので頃合いを見計らって自分で取りに行きます。
やはり日本のおでんとは別物です。
練り物がほとんど、味噌田楽の様な甘いタレが上にかかっている、雑なレシピと調理、値段相応感、食後は煮汁のスープを貰えるが練り物と大根の風味だけで旨味が弱くタレの甘みが際立つ。
出汁や旨味の概念があまりない文化なので仕方ないですが。
イカの天ぷらは天ぷらではなかったです。
風味がほぼ皆無な練り物を揚げた さつま揚げの様なものでした。
味は楽しめませんでしたが日本との違いを経験するのは楽しかったです。
台湾式の覚悟や想像がなく日本式をイメージして購入してはいけません。

The squid tempura was not tempura.

Don't buy with the image of Japanese style without the determination and imagination of Taiwanese style.

Of course, the most important sauce on top was very flavorful, but a bit too thick and sweet. The daikon pieces were always overcooked. Fried tofus were soft, fresh. The soup at the end was quite delicious!
