★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 慧老師經驗非常豐富,將孕婦瑜珈結合生產教育內容,同步促進頭腦跟身體的生產準備!第一堂課時,老師說孕婦瑜珈是一場有明確終點(生產日)的過程,這段時間好好上課跟準備就會有收穫,讓我以往持續不下去的瑜珈課,終於每週兩次堅持了三個多月,還未到生產日,但希望這段時間的努力能讓產程順利圓滿。
課程設計結構清晰、說明相當清楚,教室環境簡單樸實,感覺就是很穩定的在陪伴每位孕婦度過產程,也在適當的時機邀請爸爸(伴侶)一起來準備,費用也很合理,推薦其他準媽媽來上課喔。

我自己本身在懷孕前跟初期對於生產非常恐懼,但在上了慧老師的課以後,透過老師每次瑜伽動作前約10-15分鐘悉心準備的課程內容,更了解原來生產方式還有醫療以外的選擇,也可以是很平順、溫柔的。
也在每次的瑜伽動作中為自己的身體做好生產準備,整個孕期幾乎沒有腰酸背痛、水腫等狀況,真的輕鬆很多!
老師另外也有開設生產瑜伽跟催眠生產的課程,讓所有產家都能為迎接寶寶做好充足準備。真心推薦!

I myself was very afraid of childbirth before and during the early stage of pregnancy, but after taking Teacher Hui's class, I learned more about the original method of childbirth and other than medical treatment through the carefully prepared course content about 10-15 minutes before each yoga movement. The choice can also be very smooth and gentle.
I also prepare my body for production in every yoga move. There is almost no back pain, edema and other conditions during the whole pregnancy, which is really much easier!
The teacher also offers birth yoga and hypnobirthing courses, so that all parents can be fully prepared for the arrival of the baby. Really recommend!

每一次的瑜珈課,都可以從老師身上獲得滿滿的正能量;懷孕期間正好遇到很多變動以及負面的事情,雖然上課時只是聽老師分享生產故事,做動作練習,但是每每離開教室時都覺得身心獲得安撫、心靈很平靜。
催眠生產是跟伴侶兩人一起的課程,幫產家在身、心上做完整的生產準備,如果準媽媽自己還有許多恐懼需要克服、或是伴侶沒有空、沒有心思做準備的產家,非常推薦兩人一起上催眠生產;尤其是伴侶們要抱著開放的心,陪準媽媽們一起去上課,絕對會收穫良多。

不只是專業的孕婦瑜珈課,在每一次開始上課前,老師都會先分享關於孕產婦的相關資訊,有已生產的各個學姐們的經驗分享(順利的、辛苦的、開心的、不開心的各種產程)、正確的孕婦日常姿勢及舒緩方式、生產時需要理解的生理心理轉變、舒緩方法、新手媽媽最焦慮擔心的新生兒寶寶不知道在哭什麼的baby language 分享、溫柔生產的影片⋯;每次上完課,我都會暗自慶幸自己有來上這堂課,也常常在聽完各種分享後,深受感動?
我明明報名的是孕婦瑜珈,老師給的卻是滿滿的、到位的支持陪伴孕產婦走過每一個歷程的分享❤️
太暖、太讓人安心了!?
產程啟動當天,因為是在家生產,還跟老師改成線上參與瑜珈課,在宮縮頻率每5分鐘一次、每次1分鐘的狀態下還能上瑜珈課也是一趟奇妙的體驗?
同時也分散了聚焦疼痛的焦慮❤️
在頻繁宮縮過程中,一直記著老師重複的:「深深呼吸,把最多的氧氣帶進去給小寶寶,慢慢吐氣,放鬆~」
寶寶帶著胎膜探出頭真的很神奇!❤️
非常推薦孕媽們來上老師的課,又可以運動幫助順產!又可以得到各個知識的支援,身心都安定?
