★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 要不是給星才能留言,連一顆星都不想給,非常非常非常糟糕,對店家及極不友善,號稱創造三贏的口號,我要打一個極大的問號。本人去年冒著疫情風險創業短短不到半年,是新手店家,業務仗著新店家沒經驗,再忙碌這時段來推銷,推銷內容完全只有利沒有弊,又約營業時間簽約,合約內容不清不楚,都口頭說明,沒書面資料也沒留名片,簽約沒留副本,針對店家提問避重就輕,只會一直強調免費廣告免費怎樣又怎樣的,詢問免費你們利潤何來?只回一個30%,怎樣30%也沒清楚說明,本身有使用uber eats所以針對抽成趴數就不疑有他,殊不知是他們打折給客戶的價格再抽你30%,只要你沒提問他們就不會多說,也不會跟你討論,只在意你有沒有辦法每天多負擔20-30組客戶,會不會賠錢或做白工他們不會跟你討論,事後抽成要店家開發票,請款要店家自行寄發票到台北,已經抽成還要店家負擔營業稅,這些業務當初完全沒有提到,等到要請款了問業務才說要開發票,問為什麼又講什麼你們公司是上市上櫃什麼的我聽不懂,開發票跟你們上市上櫃有什麼關係,就算有關係,業務也應該解釋清楚讓客戶了解,不是呼攏呼攏就過去。再來客戶水準之低令人嘆為觀止,就不舉例了,網路各種奇葩案例,差不多就那些,也不用期待結束客戶會留下,他們不在乎你的產品,只在乎你有沒有便宜,目前已經結束半個月,連一組客戶都沒回來,合約3個月結束不論是業務還是總公司,不聞不問,連個是否繼續合作或是合作後體驗意見回饋都沒有,看來不論是公司還是業務都很清楚關心會發生什麼事情,所幸就不關心了,反正全台灣新的店家天天都在開,再繼續找合作對象即可,第一次錢有賺到就好,不求再次合作,倒閉還是虧損都是你家的事,業務、公司、客戶,心態都極其糟糕而且是最糟的那種,我在講什麼你們一定都心理有數,不期待你們會回覆什麼,因為回覆也只是制式回覆,不會改變什麼,以上事實陳述,分享使用體驗,三個月就像一場惡夢,慢慢凌遲,希望有來看留言店家,尤其新手店家一定要想清楚務必多問多做欸功課,剛創業一定都非常忙碌且沒經驗,很容易沒多的心思思考,假設你思考過也評估後真的覺得自己有辦法接受在簽約,真的務必小心,別毀了自己的夢想!!!!!!!!!!

4.顧客素質低到可憐,都為跟他們一起坐在店裡吃飯的人感到難過,麻煩篩選一下加入會員的人好嗎?買卷省錢不是不可以但麻煩不要一進店裡就一付來乞討或店家欠你錢的態度,就已經虧本賣你東西還要凹洗勒哭?
