The cost for hair cut as well as wash is only 100 NTD, which is quite cheaper. In some marts like Carrefour or RT mart, a person can get hair cut in 100 NTD but service is not that good. In this shop the ladies cut the hair up to the satisfaction of customers.

If you are a foreigner with limited Mandarin speaking ability, there certainly will be a language barrier. However, just bring a picture of the haircut that you want and they can replicate it quite well

The one consideration is, they use same razor for different people. For safety reason, this is something I do not come across for even the cheapest slaughterhouses in my country. You cannot ask for a haircut in a specific style. The cut is neat but not modeled. It's only basic haircut for an affordable haircut shop on campus. Please use mask and apply the hand sanitizer before entering the barbershop. A little funny and weird when it comes to washing. You have get down forward . This is something that is not common in my country ? They can't speak English. But it isn't a big deal
