Article 2 of the Cathay Pacific Policy Renewal Clause clearly states that your company should renew the policy after the renewal agreement is issued + the payment is completed.

相比泰x產險,國泰產險理賠速度快的驚人。有問題業務也會郵件跟電話通知。所以大家不要嫌了,沒有最爛,只有更爛。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 國泰產險,發了續保單也收了錢,結果在疫情升溫後以複保險拒絕承保,招攬保險時完全沒有告知只能擁有一家防疫險(疫苗險也不行),打客服永遠都是忙線中,留了資料也無人回電!這種收了錢卻甩鍋的惡劣保險公司真的無法可管嗎?民眾只能自認倒楣嗎!到底還有甚麼機構是站在人民的立場幫忙協調?!

新合約5/17開始, 但小孩5/25確診.
保險公司5/26通知拒保(複保和泰).
國泰真是大氣.

0800客服人員胡說八道一通塘塞欺騙消費者,
防疫險4/13續約扣錢 ,5/27通知有保富邦的疫苗險,有複保申核不過????理由是公司規定不能重複投保,
富邦4/20才公告不能重複投保,其他保險公司後續才跟進,我就問國泰會比4/20的富邦早嗎?更何況我4/13就已續約送件,
消費者應該要聯合起來,據理力爭到底!!!!
