★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 拜託，這裡是證券公司耶，不是一般公司行號，中午一點應該是熱火朝天最忙的時後，結果你只開一個櫃檯，讓我們三個人等了二十幾分鐘還沒看到有人要來處理的跡象，在富邦銀行得到的好印象完全被富邦證券抹滅殆盡，寧願跑遠點到另一家由銀行戶到證卷戶重開一遍

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 到了之後因為疫情的關係沒幾個人在現場等，櫃檯沒有再處理客人但依然等了很久，號碼到的時候也沒有為等待致歉。跟人員說證券戶成年要改約還要加開期選戶，結束時還特別確認了期選戶的部分，經過了九個工作天中間打了四次電話都說有在進度要等待，直到第九天打電話的時候才被告知當天沒開到⋯⋯感受真的很差⋯⋯
