後方增建由設計過東海大學全區校舍及路思義教堂的台灣戰後代表建築師陳其寬設計，最值得觀看的是迴廊的結構、圍牆因為現代主義強調去除裝飾，建築師在這兩處的細部處理做的很細膩，光影投射在迴廊內部的白牆上，產生很優雅的韻律感，樓梯與外表可看之處也非常多
The administrative building is very special in National Taiwan University. It can be used to appreciate the architecture of two eras at the same time. The Coconut Grove Avenue is a landmark of the ancient monuments of the Japanese occupation period.
The rear addition was designed by Taiwanese post-construction architect Chen Qikuan, who designed the campus of Donghai University and the Lusiyi Church. The most worthy of viewing is the structure and walls of the corridor. Because modernism emphasizes the removal of decoration, the architects are in these two places. The detailing is very delicate, and the light and shadow are projected on the white wall inside the cloister, which produces a very elegant rhythm. There are also many places to see the stairs and appearance.
