★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是線上課程的學員。有四年的重訓經驗(自由重量)。但一直以來都沒有好好的讓身體肌肉延展和舒緩,也因為教職工作緣故,時常頸肩、背部僵硬,甚至緊繃到不舒服。因此,2022年的目標是瑜伽,讓自己的身體狀況更好。對於初學完全沒有經驗的我來說,遇到Cindia老師真的是我最幸運的事❤️。因為距離緣故,我目前只能上線上課程。至今八堂課,平均一週2-3次瑜伽?♀️,透過瑜伽,我更認識自己的身體,也藉由Cindia老師細心的動作指導和教學,我真的也能延展一直以來緊繃的身體並且找到了身心平衡的方法。找對老師,即使是線上課程,老師很仔細的透過畫面協助我拉伸需要拉伸的部位(晚上很好睡,隔天會酸痛)。三週下來,我發現自己進步了,接下來,瑜伽?♂️之路,我會和重訓一樣,變成一種信仰和習慣。加油!
I am a student of an online course. Four years of weight training experience (free weights). But I haven't been able to stretch and relax my body muscles well, and because of my teaching work, my neck, shoulders, and back are often stiff and even uncomfortable. So the goal for 2022 is yoga to get in better shape. For me, who has no experience at all, meeting Teacher Cindia is really my luckiest thing ❤️. Due to the distance, I can only take online courses at the moment. Eight classes so far, yoga 2-3 times a week on average?♀️, through yoga, I have a better understanding of my body, and through the careful movement guidance and teaching of teacher Cindia, I can really stretch my tight body. And found a way to balance the mind and body. Find the right teacher, even if it is an online course, the teacher is very careful to help me stretch the part that needs to be stretched through the screen (sleep well at night, the next day will be sore). 但是來暖昕瑜珈 跟著暖昕老師完整、仔細的引導後,
讓我了解同樣動作 肌 肉 施 力 的細節、方向
、個人化指導,
不只是身體上著實感覺到不一樣,
更漸進從身到心、心到靈的感受體驗(如其名),
有點難以言喻,要真的親身體會看看。
初體驗顛覆了我對瑜珈過去的認知(只停留在體位法)
另外,
位置上:位在忠孝敦化捷運站5號出口(方便)
空間上:明亮、乾淨、簡約,重點是教室視野很好—雖然教室不大卻有很舒心的感覺
