★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 醫生很棒 也很有耐心 。但 櫃台小姐一副就是理所當然 要就掛 不掛也無所謂 要接電話 又不做事 還說他在休息 ，那如果認為休息很重要 可以語音阿 !我真是不懂一個門面請到這種員工
The doctor is great and patient. But the lady at the counter is just a matter of course. It doesn’t matter if you want to hang up or not. If you answer the phone and don’t do anything, and say that he’s resting, you can speak if you think resting is important! I really don’t know how to invite this kind of staff to a facade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 廖醫師看診非常細心，也很溫柔，真的是很好的醫師；但每次看診都至少需要等1小時以上(不誇張，加上看診拿藥至少要1.5小時)預約時要求客人準時到，卻無法準時看診，別人的時間就不是時間？
櫃台人員說10分鐘約一位，前面無止盡地delay，問了櫃檯也是鬼打牆回覆、甚至直接說：我不知道耶，請問內部作業流程問題是客人的錯？
(對我就是在說那位回答不了就轉身進去櫃檯大抱怨的小姐)
醫師、環境整體都很好，希望麻煩加強服務人員應對。
(同理醫療人員的辛勞，但我想基本的禮貌應對還是要有)
Dr. Liao is very attentive and gentle, and he is really a good doctor; but every time he sees a doctor, he needs to wait at least 1 hour (not exaggerated, plus at least 1.5 hours to get the medicine). Ask the guest when making an appointment. If you arrive on time, but you can’t see a doctor on time, other people’s time is not time?
The staff at the counter said about one person in 10 minutes, and there was endless delay in front of them. When they asked the counter, they responded by hitting the wall. They even said directly: I don’t know. May I ask if the internal operation process is the guest’s fault?
(To me is the lady who turned around and went to the counter to complain if she couldn't answer)
The doctors and the environment are very good as a whole, and I hope that the trouble will be strengthened by the service staff.
(Similar to the hard work of medical staff, but I think the basic polite response is still necessary)
