I went to do ear picking with my friend. My friend felt uncomfortable during the whole process, and I was doing face cleaning, but I didn't even do the most basic makeup removal. It's also good to do the whole area around the eyes. It's all residual makeup... I went only after seeing good reviews and was disappointed in the end.
