Best Chinese noodle restaurant in Taiwan

E	Erwin Chung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared to wait in line for at least 20 minutes or more, and then once you're seated, to wait another 10-15 minutes for your noodles or dumplings 紅油抄手. They only have one pot. And it's either used for cooking dumplings or noodles at one time. But as a long time customer, the food is definitely worth waiting for.

C	Chris Lo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s pretty decent but I don’t think it’s worth the wait. The line can get quite long since the seats are very limited. Quality food but not gonna blow your mind away. They tend to run outta dumplings towards the end so be sure to get there before peak hours.
J	Jenn Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming back to this place time and time again for ten years. This place serves one of the best spicy wonton/dumplings Sichuan style. Their spicy sauce is so so sooooo good, I always add some extras. Their noodles are equally tasty, and so are their beef noodle/rice, pork noodle/rice. Their side dishes are just superb, their dried tofu is one of the best I’ve had. Definitely give this place a try, but be warned, it’s in the basement, there’s almost always a cue, and you have to be super patient if you ordered both noodle and wonton, because they can only make one of them at a time due to space and one pot restraints.
N	Nancy Yeh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has really good spicy wonton, and I love their hot and sour noodle (it's not hot and sour soup that you are used too... it plain broth with chili oil and vinegar based with noodles). There are very limited seats so if you come during peak hour there is always a wait. They also only have one cooking pot, so they will cook noodles all together and dumplings all together. So you will get one first before another.
Q	QT Par on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best chilli oil wontons I’ve ever had. The perfect balance of spicy, sour and numbness. Bought the last serving at 7.30pm. Bean sprouts taste great too, seasoned the same as the wontons. The noodles are a tad soggy so I skip those.
