★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是確診有打來問是怎麼樣才可以視訊看病，接電話的小姐說要有pcr陽性才能看病，我有跟他說現在不要pcr，我有收到隔離通知單就可以嗎？他沒有跟我好好解釋要準備什麼資料才能看病，甚至他還跟我大聲說一定要有pcr證明才能看病。請問他不知道從五月確診的人就不要做pcr的嗎？還有跟我大聲說呢？一顆星也不想給。
I was diagnosed and called to ask how I can see a doctor by video. The lady who answered the phone said that you must be PCR positive before seeing a doctor. I told him that PCR is not required now, can I just receive the quarantine notice? He didn't explain to me what materials to prepare to see a doctor, and he even loudly told me that there must be a PCR certificate to see a doctor. Does he not know that people who have been diagnosed since May should not do PCR? And say it out loud to me? I don't want to give a star.
