整體來說,還算ok,經過可試試。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡的雪裡紅是細絲狀的青江菜,而且單純只有青菜,沒有其他調味。不會過鹹,帶淡淡甜味。
高麗菜包和高麗菜水煎包也都沒其他調味,完全沒摻木耳、冬粉,豆皮等其他場見的配料,這對我而言有好有壞,不過這兒高麗菜夠脆甜,所以單吃也不太突兀。
韭菜水煎包加了冬粉、蝦米、碎蛋,層次比高麗菜多一些。
買過兩次蔥油餅歐加蛋。第一次意外吃到半熟蛋,驚喜交集,遂買了第二次。結果第二次蛋沒煎好,直接全熟。
麵皮厚實嚼勁佳,不過偏油。
The Xuelihong here is a silky Qingjiang vegetable, and it is purely green vegetables without other seasonings. Not too salty, with a slight sweet taste.
The cabbage buns and the cabbage fried buns have no other seasonings. They are completely free of other ingredients such as fungus, winter noodles, bean skins, etc. This is good or bad for me, but the cabbage here is crispy and sweet. So eating alone is not too obtrusive.
The fried leek buns are added with winter noodles, dried shrimps, and broken eggs, which are more layered than cabbage.
Bought scallion pancakes and eggs twice. I accidentally ate half-boiled eggs for the first time. The surprise was mixed, so I bought it for the second time. As a result, the eggs did not fry well the second time, they were cooked completely.
The dough is thick and chewy, but oily.
