小時候會跑跑跳跳的玩耍長大後卻失去了這個能力
被關在水泥牢籠裡 全身心僵硬僵化

以為了解身體上課後卻發現

在運動過程中,能夠有空間覺察身體和內心的狀態,觀察自己的呼吸,每次下課就像是充了電一般的飽滿。
非常推薦平常下班後疲憊不堪的上班族,來身林重新認識自己的身體與呼吸。

但體驗過好好跟身體互動的好處,
還是每週都乖乖進廠維修。
每期的課程會有些微變化,
不想排訓練菜單又容易膩的福音,
課堂上會根據每個人的情況做調整,
沒有得勉強跟上逼死自己的壓力,
(但也不會輕鬆到無感)
只要跟著導引完成課程,
會明顯感受到自己一點一點在進步。
日常中會發現緩慢而持續的變化,
現在疲勞或是有點受傷的時候可以自我調整,
附加好處是專注之下腦袋淨空,
能讓大腦徹底休息,
下課後特別好睡?

從他還是菜鳥到現在,可以明顯感覺到整個課程都持續在進步,我覺得一個教室老師跟學生都同時在進步超級重要的!
從一開始為了調整在大學校隊過度訓練造成的膝傷、臀部傷勢,到最後傷勢慢慢好轉變成開胸,到最後駝背也慢慢改善了!!!
現在每周就是為了一個平靜的一個半小時去上課,然後一邊在上課的時候把生活裡累積的東西(好的壞的各種亂七八糟的東西)緩緩抒開,然後再重新回到生活中奮鬥?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老師是個很和善的引導者、帶領我們去探索(也解鎖)自己與身體的關係,還有肌肉與呼吸的牽連拉動。因為自己時間的關係,只有上兩個月的課程,但是每次下班都很期待到達教室的時刻、和大家一起打開身體、或是鬆開緊抓的肌肉,喜歡老師融合各種方式(瑜珈舞蹈太極)來帶入動作。
都市裡能有一個能滋養身體的身林很幸福!
有幸福(美麗貓咪的名字)的陪伴也很幸福 :")
