★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常差的買眼鏡體驗。店員連自己店裡有什麼鏡框都弄不清楚。鏡框和鏡片價格感覺是店員自己隨便喊的，喊完才在那邊湊價格的數字。這附近有很多眼鏡店。你那邊還來得及不要進來。
 Very bad experience buying glasses. The clerk couldn't even figure out what kind of frames he had in his store. The price of frames and lenses felt like the store clerk shouted casually, and only after the shouting was the price figure. There are many optical shops around here. It's too late for you not to come in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我要非常謝謝這家店的小姐（閒聊中她說她住中和中正路，很巧跟我住在同一條路上）。因為我眼鏡的鼻樑支架上的塑膠套掉了（不見了），要找一個類似的套。找了好幾家店都說沒有，有一家眼鏡行（不想講名字，但絕非仁愛眼鏡）甚至連講話都不跟我講，我一進門就說我們這邊沒有（不要說親切服務啊，連服務都不想服務，這算什麼眼鏡行，還是有名的眼鏡公司ㄟ）
今天剛好在師大路吃飯，在師大路看到這一家仁愛眼鏡，店內的其中一位小姐為我服務，很親切說幫我找找看，結果馬上就幫我處理了。態度很親切，還跟我教導以後如果掉了該怎麼處理；真是很好的職員，以後我換眼鏡會來這家仁愛眼鏡師大店。?
I would like to thank the lady in this shop very much (in the chat she said that she lives on Zhonghe Zhongzheng Road, which happens to be on the same road as me). Since the plastic cover on the nose bridge of my glasses fell off (gone), looking for a similar cover. I looked for several stores and they said no. There was an eyeglass shop (don't want to say the name, but it's definitely not Renai Glasses) and didn't even tell me when I spoke. I don’t even want to serve, what kind of glasses shop is this, or a famous glasses companyㄟ)
I happened to have dinner on Shida Road today. I saw this Renai Glasses shop on Shida Road. One of the girls in the store served me and kindly said to help me find it, but she immediately helped me deal with it. The attitude is very kind, and he also taught me what to do if it falls out in the future; it is a very good staff, I will come to this Renai optician shop in the future when I change my glasses. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真的爛，眼鏡有問題拿去修理，年輕戴放大片的男店員看到我進店一聲不吭，還要我自己說明理由、找位子坐下等修理，薪水小偷ㄇ？？？
然後這個眼鏡修三次還是沒好，回去戴發現有問題私訊店員，只會叫我拿回去店裡看，請問誰來賠償我花的時間和車馬費？器材老舊、店員素質不佳，噢忘了說我的眼鏡在修的時候其他店員還在後面聊天、對我的眼鏡議論紛紛，難怪分店狂倒
It's really bad. There is a problem with the glasses and repaired. The young male clerk with a magnifying lens saw me enter the shop without saying a word. He asked me to explain the reason and find a seat to sit down and wait for the repair. Salary thief? ? ?
Then the glasses were repaired three times and it didn't work well. When I went back to wear and found that there was a problem, the clerk would only ask me to take it back to the store to see. Who will compensate me for the time and carriage expenses? The equipment is outdated and the staff is of poor quality. Oh, I forgot to mention that while my glasses were being repaired, the other staff were still chatting and talking about my glasses. No wonder the branch fell madly.
