芋頭泡芙真的不愧是招牌，芋泥非常濃郁，還有芋頭塊的顆粒感，吃到一半發現泡芙裡面有蛋糕很驚喜！不過吃到最後蛋糕帶的鹹味反而跟芋泥產生不和諧的感覺，而且也搶了泡芙皮的口感，有點可惜，也許蛋糕的比例可以再調少一點

The taro puffs are indeed a signature brand. The taro paste is very rich and has the grainy texture of the taro chunks. It is a pleasant surprise to find that there is a cake in the puffs after eating halfway through the puffs! However, the salty taste of the cake at the end of the meal creates a sense of disharmony with the mashed taro, and it also grabs the taste of the puff pastry. It is a pity, maybe the ratio of the cake can be adjusted a bit less

超棉乳酪吐司一打開外包裝就散發出香濃的奶味，裏頭的澳洲卡夫奶油乳酪內餡相當飽滿，但乳酪的部份對我來說有些偏甜，吐司口感也不如網路上及名稱所說的超棉
用刀子切片後是一圈圈的乳酪內餡，咬下每一口都吃的到乳酪內餡，不會發生沒內餡單吃白吐司的窘況，內餡分佈均勻這點倒是很不錯
超棉乳酪吐司我個人認為是有吃過就好，沒有到特別驚艷的地步，沒有吃過的可以買一條嚐鮮

The ultra-cotton cheese toast exudes a fragrant milk flavor as soon as it is opened. The Australian Kraft cream cheese inside is quite full, but the cheese part is a bit sweet for me, and the toast taste is not as good as on the Internet. and the name says ultra-cotton
After slicing with a knife, there are circles of cheese filling. You can eat every bite of the cheese filling. There will be no embarrassment of eating white toast without filling. It is good that the filling is evenly distributed.
I personally think that the super cotton cheese toast is good if you have eaten it. It is not particularly amazing. If you have not eaten it, you can buy one to try it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爆餡芋泥泡芙，泡芙皮完全是軟的，我還以為是麵包體，甚至要用看得才能確認這原本是想做酥皮，夾餡有芋泥和海綿蛋糕，芋泥香味有，甜味剛好，油度很高，比較滑順，但比較膩，蛋糕個人覺得是扣分，泡芙就是要吃皮跟餡的口感差異，蛋糕就跟皮口感一樣又軟又油。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was going to Dante coffee to pick up some cakes. Spotted this shining bakery. Got surprised and attracted by its delicate desserts! All sorts of desserts, cakes, and breads were getting my attention. I think I bought more than I initially intended to. LOL! Certainly delicious ?!

Their loaf is super soft and tasty. That’s my husband’s favorite.
My favorites are their cheese balls & this breakfast pastry with ham & lettuce. Both are so addicting!
