The hypnosis room asks the dean to do sound insulation, and the chair is better to lie. Otherwise, it is really difficult to hypnotize successfully. Maybe I am sensitive.

I am just an ordinary patient, and I have never seen a doctor in your clinic. I accidentally saw this webpage just because I was looking for drug information.
As a psychophysical clinic, this kind of language is probably not appropriate, "reshape your mind and re-behave", "no longer rely on these psychoactive drugs, and focus on life." I understand that the focus of this article is the risk of withdrawal symptoms, and at the same time tell patients not to stop the drug by themselves, but the above descriptions are suspected of strengthening the stigma of mental illness-patients are abnormal and even morally deficient, and they need to "change their minds." , Re-behave"; and taking psychoactive drugs is a kind of "dependence", it is "not concentrating on life." I believe that these descriptions are merely trying to figure out the mentality of patients who choose to stop the drug. The stigmatization of mental illness is by no means the author's intention. However, the information revealed between the lines is not only not helpful in treating mental illness in a positive way, it is even harmful to this purpose.
Your clinic kindly put the relevant information on the webpage to share with the public, and I benefited from it, but it was really hurtful and uncomfortable to see such text, as if the society’s concept and imagination of mental illness had gone backwards for ten years. Therefore, I especially leave a message to give feedback. I hope your clinic will consider it. Thank you.
4/21 update:
I didn't expect to receive such a sincere reply so quickly, thank you!
It is true that stopping the medication reminds people of the recovery of the disease and returning to the state before the illness is the common expectation of many patients. But "renewing one's mind and being a new man" is more often used to describe criminals, which I think is particularly inappropriate.
I have also rejected the use of drugs, and I am very anxious to get rid of the "control" of drugs, but I think this idea is directly derived from the long-term stigma of mental illness. “Long-term medication is not good”, “If you can adjust yourself, you don’t need to take medicine”, “Will you take it for a lifetime”, similar thoughts have led many patients to choose to stop medication without authorization or feel guilty about taking medication. , I do not want to let others know that they are receiving medication for mental illness, or even refuse to seek medical treatment, causing even greater regrets-these stigma and misunderstandings of mental illness should be changed.
"Taking medication is not controlled by medication or creating dependence. Medication is helping to improve my quality of life." This is my current thinking. Just as chronically ill patients take medication for a long time, it is natural to take medication when sick. Your clinic’s article is intended to explain the dangers of sudden drug withdrawal, and the motivation for sudden drug withdrawal often comes from a negative impression of psychoactive drugs. Therefore, I paid special attention to the elements that may strengthen stigma.
Thank you again for your understanding and response.

I have come here for many psychological treatments, because the privacy relationship does not reveal the psychologist. Although the fee is not low, I feel that it is worthwhile — the psychologists have excellent professional skills and the counter staff are quite friendly and enthusiastic.

Thank you President Chen Junqin for your warm consultation. Although this is the first time I have met with you, I have met many doctors in psychiatry, body and mind, and psychological counseling. I am also determined to make changes from your words, not forced changes, but willing and knowing how to change for the better, thank you!

The therapist is good, but the counter staff have no experience, they are not very good at introducing and explaining, and even the payment method does not seem to clear the situation. Psychological counseling is a bit strange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took a lot of courage from me to come and admit that I had depression. I had to try 3 separate times to arrange for someone to see me. I then arrived and had to fill in paperwork for 15 mins before the session. The session was me talking and the psychiatrist asking how I felt, this was repeated for the entire hour and this is not what I came for. I felt that I didn't get any real solid advice on steps to take to alleviate my suffering instead they wanted me to return for more appointments before we would discuss any steps I could take. We then departed after talking for one hour and I was charged for 1.5 hours.
I have no illusion that depression is something quick and easy to fix but I felt this place didn't provide me with the service I was looking for, I came out with no real useable techniques that could be of immediate benefit and left disappointed. The psychiatrist helped me clarify a few things that I already knew but the whole thing felt like a waste of my time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended if you are looking for an English-language psychiatrist assessment. I can't speak to their counseling services because I haven't made use of them. But the "intake assessment" I came for was disappointing. The psychiatrist's shouldn't offer English language consultations when fluent communication is not possible. No comprehensive medical history was taken, no questions about childhood and family history beyond what I shared proactively, nothing about my current living circumstances. The diagnosis was vague at best, nothing that I didn't already know beforehand. The main question was: What drugs can I prescribe for you. Any psychiatrist at Veteran's or Skybright can do the same, and there at least you won't end up paying NT6000. Very sorry to the kind people who work there, but as someone in need of good care, I was really let down.
