今年6月中旬買車,因轉職急需購車。買錯代步車警覺需退車,故10天後向店家退貨。跟大家分享若需較便宜的車需要多看幾間,我買貴了。也不建議購買鉛酸電池,因不方便沒有專門的充電站,除非是住一樓有110V插座,爬坡耗電,時速最快50以下。 要買電動自行車除非是工作以外用途,不會趕時間。騎乘感受輕省又舒服(要帶安全帽),外型好看。

一開始去參觀購車的時候是覺得小姐很親切很有禮貌,但取車付完尾款之後是惡夢的開始...3/9購買的車子到四月底輪胎已漏氣兩次,四月底打去現場的人員(聽聲音我確定不是當初購車跟取車的人),我跟她說這情況那位小姐有也沒有主動說要找維修部來看,只一直重複跟我說那是高速胎怎麼會這樣之類的,後來餓我受不了直接請她派人來看,來看的人不錯跟我說檢測沒看到有破的情況幫我充好氣請我再觀察一陣子,結果6/1就又發現有漏氣...就又打電話去,又是那位小姐...一樣回我是高速胎怎麼會這樣(我心裡在吼叫...我怎麼會知道啊!!!)又是我說她才請維修部,這次維修是來很快維修大哥人很好也很有禮貌...後來檢測卻確定是輪框問題導致漏氣,但我有點傻眼...因為三月才買的新車...這樣其實會讓人懷疑你這台車在賣給我之前到底放多久?真的是新的嗎?不過令人覺得不錯的是維修速度蠻快,本來跟我說6/7前後來6/3就好了,是我自己沒接到電話所以6/4才送回來...哈哈,結果我今天要騎的時候發現我放在裡面的安全帽不見了!!!我本來以為是我自己記錯放的位置所以第一次打給維修部還跟他們說那抱歉我自己再找找看...但是我徹底找過也回憶過之後我很確定我是放在車子裡所以又打第二次回去問,這次他們有點不耐煩了...但是我真的很確定我是放在車子裡...無奈沒證據,我也無法說是他們拿的...只能說那天送回來我沒當下檢查也是我的疏失...本來想給一顆星...但是覺得車子真的不錯用再加上中間其實很多服務人員很好所以給兩顆星...希望要買的人三思,因為售前售後是真的讓人感覺有差...

我是車主,當初也沒有跟我講說什麼人為或自然因素,我充電器今天早上不能充,下班拿到門市修,竟然充電器之前不小心被別人弄到然後撞一個洞,(撞了洞都還可以繼續充,但今天就壞了)然後連看也沒看,就說摔到就無法保固了,就跟我說一顆電池2500,我感覺非常差,那是怎樣才算自然因素不能充電?這是合理的嗎?當初都沒明講,然後車也是出過好幾次故障及壞掉,、沒有攻擊什麼,就提醒有在用這系列車子的人,電池千萬不要被別人用倒或撞到,,因為不理賠,真的不推,謝謝

當初買車要運到新竹說只要2000元,現在又說要加到4000元!還威脅我們如果不讓他們花$4000把車運到新竹就沒有售後服務這種爛店黑臉勸大家不要去買而且跟流氓一樣的態度!大家真的不要買威脅我們不付這4009元就沒有售後服務 重點是當初買車店家根本沒說清楚等到要託運車才說要加錢才能在新竹維修!傻眼!那我們就直接去新竹買就好了不是嗎!滿嘴謊言態度惡劣的店家,連一顆星我都不想給!
