我12月初買了ㄧ把鍵盤 Q鍵故障 而且非常細微一般文書處理可能不會發現 以至於我一月初才發現 本來擔心店家會因為太久不幫我換貨 店家還是幫我換了一把 很推來這裡購物 售後服務可以 第二次來送修 店員很熱忱的講解流程時程,還有回答詢問的問題 唯一缺點動線小 有點擠但絕對還是五顆星的優良店家

當時在這裡買了無線鍵盤,比外面便宜快一百元,並且聽店員推薦加會員的話即使沒有發票收據也能保固送修就加了 過了一個半月後鍵盤出現問題,馬上用良興的APP請求店員服務,店員也打電話來詢問是否要拿去店內讓他們檢測一下&幫忙送修 檢測過程中店員態度良好,也有說明現在疫情關係可能會影響送修的時間,不過大約十四天鍵盤就送回來了

女服務員的態度真的非常的差勁,過年前我就在詢問主機了,好不容易確定了,再付費前的前一天也確認庫存還有2台,人去現場正要刷卡付費時,小姐居然跟我說,就算妳用信用卡全額付費,也不見得拿到主機喔,如果刷卡了還是拿不到主機,她再幫我辦理退費,這什麼邏輯跟程序啊,浪費我一個月的時間最後跟我說付錢也不見得拿到主機,這服務爛透了?
