敦力診所 - Section 2

第一次去是給林醫生看但因為有在郵政看過所以又轉給當初看的黃醫生，也預約下次掛號。候診黃醫生時，發現主要都是在治療病人自費打針，因此每個人看診時間都是至少十幾分鐘以上起跳或問診可能很詳細吧。本來想利用等的時間去做復健(問櫃台說只要等5人，結果等至少一個多小時還沒有好)，櫃台也不說清楚。因為我第一次的時候也沒等這麼久，可能黃醫生很熱門的關係吧(無奈攤手)。再者復健四次下來的感覺，空間很寬敞但讓人感覺沒有溫度，治療師的態度很冰冷，當然不是服務業只是互動感上讓人覺得有落差吧，可惜了。

診所的人員全部都很有耐心又親切，醫生都是台大的醫生，該做的檢查都會做，X光及超音波的判讀都很厲害，後續如何治療也講解很清楚，很值得推薦的好診所。

復健師很親切。儀器也新，環境乾淨

物理治療師跟護理師及環境很好，很貼心。但有一個週四早上醫生很不行（原因是講話很沒耐心）。不然其實評價會想給很高…

林醫生看診很好也會耐心回答問題， 診所櫃檯人員及協助拍x光照的人員都很好很親切，謝謝他們的協助。

位在敦化南路與和平東路口，今天六月份才開始營業，這是一間專門做復健的診所，環境不錯 ，能做的項目也不少，駐診的醫師是從郵政醫院來的，有專門的物理治療師與復健師，幫病人做服務，整體還不錯。

Register staffs are terrible and unprofessional, lots of rooms to improve.

June 15, 2021 Responding to the owner: Accusing other for not following standard government COVID-19 procedure is just wrong and low Short story: I cooperated with everything you've instructed (I mean with question obviously) , and yet you're accusing me of not cooperating with standard government COVID-19 procedure. If i didn't follow standard government COVID-19 procedure, how on earth did I even enter the build? (First floor security would have stopped me) I mean accusing people of not following standard government COVID-19 procedure is just wrong or should i ask how low can you get? Long story: Indeed the first call was you asking for my basic information (基本資料), and I agree with you on this part. After upon arriving, I sign-in (sms - scanned QR code and texted to 1922) and had my temperature check at the first floor. After going up stairs, the first thing you told me to do was to sign-in (sms - scanned QR code and texted to 1922) and have my temperature checked. I asked I just did it on the first floor, you responded that this counts as a different facility, so I followed that instructions. Right after signing-in, you tell me to install an app (台灣社交距離). This is when I was confused, since I've never used it (never left the house for 2 weeks), so I asked you why. Your answer was simply "cause it's our policies", and I responded with, but this won't work since I've never installed it and it doesn't have any of my histories. (This is when you guys were clueless, since I bet you've never encountered a question like this) Your response was "since this is your first time here it's not mandatory, however on your second visit it's required." I mean it makes sense, but it kinda weird, so I walked to the side and started figuring out what this app was all about. Suddenly, you called me over to fill out 基本資料, which I responded with "didn't I provide this information over the phone ?". Right after this question, the angry boss came out from the little room in the back and start to throwing a attitude with me say, "oh!! did I ask you about your allergies over the phone? Did I ask you about your drinking habits over the phone? ", I mean lady chill. You're trying to help or pick a fight? How would I know you're asking about my medical history when you just told me to fill out my basic information (基本資料). I mean you could have just told me what you're requesting of me, instead you choose to jump in with this crazy attitude. After, reading the form, I filled it out (it's all standard question). and went in to see the doc. So please enlighten me, which part did I not cooperate with you or standard government COVID-19 procedure? p.s. Doc was really nice, that is why this rating is 2 star. -1star for accusing me of not cooperating with standard government COVID-19 procedure ------------------------------------------------------------------------ May 27, 2021 Not sure what's wrong with the receptionist attitude. They're trying to pick a fight or something?? They've ask for my details over the phone, and after arrival they're asking for it again. So, I asked why am I answering this again? She answers the question, however, in a really non-friendly ton. I mean what did I do?? She got mad cause I'm asking question?? The doc was nice and professional. 5 stars for doc ? Conclusion: Pro: The doc is professional with a lovely attitude Con If you don't wanna deal nurses throwing attitudes at you. In my option run ..... Don't look back lol
