Two stars cause it was otherwise a good one, but decidedly not what I needed or asked for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listen to the boss here he knows.... I couldn’t choose between smeg and kenwood mixer. He said kenwood was better but as my family always use kenwood I wanted to try something different. Boy do I regret it. I brought the smeg from SOGO. But from day one I’ve had problems with it and they won’t give me a refund only replacement I’m now on the third replacement in two weeks!! Listen to the boss and don’t buy a smeg!!! Also great shop always friendly and always what I need or they will order it.
