涼麵的麵我覺得可以再多一點，醬的口味還可以基本的芝麻基底的醬。蒜蓉可以自己加，蒜蓉不會太稀要一直舀那種，加分。辣醬有兩種，小辣是常見的油潑辣子，味道還不錯，大辣是生辣椒、蒜頭、辣油那種，對我來說太嗆了還帶一些說不上來的生味，不是很喜歡。
羊肉涼麵這個組合還蠻特別的，羊肉不是很薄的那種火鍋肉片，份量也還算合格。
蛋花味噌湯還不錯喝，味增夠味不會太淡，豆腐也不會太生（有的豆腐就像切一切隨意丟進湯裡面，沒煮過），蛋花打得也不錯。

I think the noodles can be a little more, and the taste of the sauce can be basically sesame-based. You can add the garlic by yourself. The garlic will not be too thin. There are two kinds of hot sauce. Small spicy is common oily spicy seeds, and the taste is not bad. Big spicy is raw pepper, garlic, and spicy oil. It ’s too savory for me. It also brings some unspeakable raw taste. I do n’t like it very much.
The combination of mutton cold noodles is quite special. The mutton is not the kind of hot pot meat slices, and the portion is acceptable.
Egg flower miso soup is also good to drink, the flavor will not be too light, and the tofu will not be too raw (some tofu is like cutting everything and thrown into the soup at random, not cooked), egg flower beats well.
