★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明明有營業，也有掛看診中的牌子，但櫃檯完全沒人，進去十分鐘還是沒人出來，電話一直響都沒人接，出去按門鈴一樣沒人出來，卻一直聽到裡面有人講話的聲音，超莫名其妙，如果不看診請直接關門或貼休息的牌子，這樣真的讓人感受很差！

更嚴重的時候在別的地方看過三四週就好的症狀在這邊比較輕微還一個多月還沒什麼效果

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看診過程還算蠻用心的，不會為了趕時間就馬馬虎虎的問診；櫃檯服務人員的態度也很好。
沒辦法給高星評價的原因主要是因為收費，掛號費單次收費 200、看診結束給藥只給 3 日份量（還提醒 3 日後要回診），讓人覺得很明顯是想多收費用。最誇張的是看診結束要自己走到 5 分鐘距離遠的藥局領藥，實在相當不方便。既然都讓客戶這麼不方便了，怎麼沒有反應在價格上？
