The second to fifth basement floors of the administrative center are underground parking lots (the entrance and exit is located on Dali Street). There are 205 parking spaces for cars (including 5 spaces for people with disabilities and 10 official parking spaces). They are open 24 hours a year Open operation, temporary parking day rate of 30 yuan per hour (limited from 8:00 to 22:00 on the day), night rate of 10 yuan per hour (limited from 22:00 on the day to 8:00 the next day), there is another discount for the purchase of monthly tickets.
