★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 包回家裡喝，排骨湯60元裡面只有三小塊肉（一盅），排骨肉不柴但價格偏貴，湯有肉渣沫離清湯有段差距（喝的時候一隻感覺到沫）
魯高麗菜軟爛有柴魚味偏鹹甜
 Drink it at home. There are only three small pieces of meat (one cup) in the pork rib soup for 60 yuan. The pork ribs are not firewood but the price is expensive. There is a gap between the soup and the clear soup (one feels foam when drinking)
Lu Gaoli cabbage is soft and rotten with bonito flavor but salty and sweet

湯頭非常甘甜
除了有肉湯熬煮的鮮甜外
加入瓜類燉煮後的湯非常加分
雖然本人不敢吃苦瓜
但個人覺得苦瓜排骨湯真的很強
老闆也非常客氣
比起隔壁的小王
這間店是會讓人想再光顧的店

老闆很親切，孩子收拾桌面也很認真仔細～
冬瓜排骨湯還有加入蛤蠣非常清甜、苦瓜排骨湯湯很甘甜但是苦瓜苦苦～（不過這是個人不愛苦瓜的關係）
滷肉飯有肥有瘦，米飯粒粒分明！
白菜滷超級入味，非常好吃，是最推薦的一品呢
總體而言是一家適合當宵夜的好地方❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口味非常好的華西街食舖，但做生意態度則古味現代兼容，客氣而親切，只買滷肉飯到隔壁配炒牛肉吃也一樣歡迎。個人認為他的滷肉飯就是台南肉燥飯的味道，這即使在萬華都不好找到。很推薦。

點了滷肉飯25元，油豆腐15元，滷蛋15元，筍絲30元，苦瓜排骨湯60元。
滷肉飯是小肥肉型的，滷汁有點少，但好吃，微微甜味，肥瘦適中。
滷鴨蛋不太入味，但也不錯。(可能生意太好)
油豆腐沒有淋油膏之類的，但還是有味道，不錯吃~~
筍絲很嫩，而且不油膩，好吃!!
苦瓜湯很入味，苦甘回味無窮，排骨也夠爛。但60元有點小貴??!!
整體而言還不錯吃，價位份量也算親民，以後有機會會再嘗試其他口味菜色。

Braised pork rice is a small fat meat type, with a little bit of marinade, but it is delicious, slightly sweet, and moderately fat and thin.
Braised duck eggs are not too tasty, but not bad. (maybe business is too good)
The oily tofu has no ointment or the like, but it still tastes good~~
The bamboo shoots are very tender and not greasy, delicious!!
The bitter gourd soup is very tasty, the bitter and sweet aftertaste is endless, and the ribs are rotten enough. But 60 yuan is a little expensive??!!
On the whole, it is not bad, and the price and portion are also close to the people. I will try other dishes in the future when I have the opportunity.
