一、乾麵、湯麵、燙青菜、豬頭皮、海帶都不錯。 1.乾麵:和一般汕頭麵相比,店家自製的麵條捲曲度不大,偏軟,若能煮稍硬一點口感會更好。所淋肉燥由瘦絞肉、豆瓣、油蔥調製,入口有沙茶味,麵另加了少量韭菜與豆芽菜,整體味道不錯。 2.湯麵:沙茶味香,還沒解開塑膠袋就能聞到,麵條稍軟,若能再硬Q點口感會更好。配料有韭菜、豆芽菜,最後再淋上肉燥,湯不油不過鹹,味道不錯。 3.燙青菜:清燙後淋醬油並加油蔥,地瓜葉菜梗雖粗但吃來不老,味道也不錯,份量較一般少一點,但也較便宜。空心菜清脆,不過油,口感味道也都很好,但切得稍短不好夾,若能切稍長一點會更好。 4.滷味:豬頭皮軟中帶點Q,口感還不錯,滷得入味,淋上醬油膏後稍偏甜,口味不重的話,建議請店家不淋醬油膏,味道會更好。海帶軟硬適中,微脆,大豆干軟中帶點Q,但和滷蛋都滷得還沒入味,淋醬油膏才有味道。 二、店家在家樂福便利店出口前方巷內。招牌上沒有店名。早上營業到下午二點,晚上不營業。中午用餐時間人多,常需排隊。 三、東興市場附近五家汕頭麵(姐妹、阿桃、萬大、平價、萬大路)價格都很平實,也都有不錯的水準,所以不大的區域內能同時有五家汕頭麵,且每家歷史都很悠久。

這裡的麵條不同於一般白麵,略有嚼勁,嘴邊肉湯加了些許米酒讓湯更多香氣與層次,小菜類也是盡量滿足客戶需求,內用先等候安排入座,內場人員隨後才會詢問今日吃什麼,且單價非常親民。
