雖是初階課程，但內容滿紮實，老師們出乎意料的能深入淺出，各有一把刷子。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 會去勞動局基本都沒好事，我是去跟我前惡老闆開勞資協調會，開會當中勞動局派出來的調解員還一直站在資方的立場，真是一次不開心的經驗。
Going to the labor bureau is basically not a good thing. I went to hold a labor-management coordination meeting with my ex-bad boss. During the meeting, the mediator sent by the labor bureau still stood on the side of the management. It was an unpleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去之前看了評論，有人說調解人立場會比較偏資方，我個人覺得還算中立，方案也還算勉勉強強。如果真的要對爭議的點提訴訟，時程會拉太長，即使最後我勝訴了，得到的利益跟付出的成本可能也頂多打平而已。也算有達到我預期，一次就到位，本來就不希望拖太久。志工跟諮詢律師都很好，態度積極；用心聆聽勞工訴求並提出專業建議，讓人覺得很舒適、很安心。
I read the comments before going there. Some people say that the mediator's position will be more biased towards the capital. I personally think it is neutral and the plan is still reluctant. If I really want to file a lawsuit on the disputed point, the timetable will be too long. Even if I win the lawsuit in the end, the benefits I get and the costs I pay may be equal at most. It can be considered to have met my expectations. It was in place at one time, and I didn't want to delay it for too long. Volunteers and consulting lawyers are very good and have a positive attitude; they listen to labor demands and offer professional advice, which makes people feel very comfortable and reassured.
