★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time eating AYCE yakiniku in Taiwan. It was on the recommendation from a blog who raved about this restaurant. Family decided to give it a try based on the blog as well as the 4.9 star review on Google.
Our family of 5 purchased the 999NT menu. Service was great, quick and attentive. I do have to say that I was surprised the meat that came wasn't really marinated or seasoned at all. This is very different from North America. I guess its a different taste?
Perhaps we didn't order enough seafood, but for the price point, I do have to question the quality of meat.
We all did enjoy the dessert platter you can order as well as the ice cream, but again for the price point (other hot pot places), you can get better cuts of meat and better selection of dessert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sandpaper on the stairs. When it rains, the stairs are very slippery. Be careful not to break your head when going down.
And when I pour water into a new cup before grilling the meat, oil floats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meat quality is good I guess but overall you can find better places in Ximen easily. Was quite pricey overall my friend don’t eat beef at all but they still charge him for it because group eat beef. Like it’s not fair to him. Small dishes choices quite small. Drink and desert selection is does not have much variety.
