★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a total fan of this hotpot joint. They’ve got the freshest clams (as you can tell from how much I consumed) which are all alive and fresh. Add those to the kelp soup and you will get Super sweet and nutritious clam based soup! Got the individual pot seat but saw that those for 4 pax had a shared pot. Raw food selection was great, with meats all nicely sliced and placed on plates in the refrigerator. The braised meat rice was very good but had to keep to a bowl so I can eat more meat. Helpful service staff as well and located very conveniently around Ximending. Recommend that you call and reserve if it’s a weekend or near a holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food here is rather not bad. The soup had 5 or 6 flavour and you can chose 2 flavour. There is a wide variety of options to choose. I definitely recommend this place for dinner.
Food
The meat ate cut nicely into thin slice and keep in a plate in a fridge. Also, for the rest of the food, they have a machine that automatically spray mist to maintain the freshness. The desserts are rather decent and ice cream from movenpick and hagen daz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an all you can eat Shabu Shabu restaurant, serving a wide variety of meat, seafood, vegetables, and even Taiwanese braised pork rice. For this price range, one may be surprised to see Mövenpick and Häagen-Dazs in the restaurant. Diners can take whatever meat they are fond of from the fridge directly rather than ordering from the staff. But, please note that once you get a table, you have only two hours to eat, though it’s totally enough in my experiences.
