★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很有人情味,服務速度又快。經常看到服務的行員和客人有說有笑。相較於其他銀行有距離的應答,更喜歡來這邊找熟悉的人員服務。
互動是雙向的,若在忙碌中仍能給服務人員一個微笑,也會獲得更好的服務品質。
Very humane and fast service. I often see service staff and customers talking and laughing. Compared with other banks' long-distance responses, I prefer to come here to find familiar staff for service.
The interaction is two-way. If you can still give the service staff a smile when you are busy, you will also get better service quality.

建議要在板信來往去其他分行不要來這間,會影響情緒!
但是如果只是單純的存款、取款、匯款 尚可!
實在是很⋯⋯
為了就近方便找了一間離家最近的銀行⋯
不過是開個公司戶的美金帳戶⋯
怎麼問一大堆問題⋯
?你們公司做什麼的?
?你們公司都從哪個國家匯款進來?
?你們公司之前在哪裡開戶?
?你們公司⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯?

喔!真的是很囉嗦⋯
重點是,問問題的不是承辦人,而是坐在旁邊的櫃檯小姐⋯一副老闆娘在審問員工的姿態⋯
那種感覺,就好像一個很小的公司,光一個會計小姐就可以當公司的老大那種態度⋯
繼3年後⋯⋯
朋友因為工作薪資轉帳關係需要開戶⋯
也是一肚子氣!
不過是開個戶!態度極差!
囉哩八嗦的要一堆證明!
戶籍地跟居住地不同也要證明!
真的是有夠誇張!
那種嘴臉!姿勢100!
簡直是連鼻孔都長到頭頂上了!
真的覺得很奇怪!
一樣是板信,為什麼東園街這間的風評那麼差!
跟萬大分行比起來簡直是天差地!萬大分行態度非常非常好!非常客氣有禮!而且一切都是照應有的規矩辦事!合情合理!跟東園街那種找麻煩的感覺完全不同!
是不是你們那種態度是要把客人趕走,你們就可以少辦事的心態?
還是這間板信是獨立作業隻手遮天家裡沒大人在管?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 板信雙園分行裡的行員都很有禮貌解釋每次所要辦理的事務,再多的問題都不會有不耐煩的表情反而眼神會帶著微笑(戴著口罩看不到嘴角的微笑)一一的解釋,保障顧客自身權益。
The staff in Banxin Shuangyuan Branch were very polite to explain the affairs they had to handle every time, no matter how many questions, they would not have an impatient expression, but would have a smile in their eyes (you can’t see the smile on the corner of your mouth while wearing a mask). One explanation to protect the rights and interests of customers.
