可能受限於發酵原料是素食關係，
臭豆腐味道較為樸實平淡，是蠻乾淨的味道~
加上一點辣椒醬提味，不錯吃。
但對於習慣重口味的人來說，大概會很沒味道。
然後，泡菜可以醃更入味些~
厚梗部分 感覺稍缺了一點滋味。
