I went this restaurant on 12/25. My friends and I had a Christmas dinner there. But all of us didn’t have a good memory. Here’s comes the problems. 1.The meal we order but the waiters forgot to send to us. After the waiter send the rice, it was already cold and my friend has already finished his meal. 2.The restaurant could provide all the meals until we are not hungry. When we wanted to order something, they didn’t send in 15 mins. Maybe is that there’re too many people want to order. 3.The quality of the meat was not really good. The most part of the meat was fat. We could not enjoy a lot at that moment. I will suggest that the restaurant could hire more waiters to service when it’s holiday. And if they wanted the customers come back to there, maybe they could improve the quality of the meals. And I think the most important thing for a restaurant is that they were willing to become better in order to make the consumers to have a comfortable meal. However, there’re some advantages I need to say. 1.The waiter was kind when I asked the questions. They didn’t show the tired faces when they needed to meet a lot of customers. 2.The environment and the atmosphere were not bad if the friends and family went there, I think it was ok. 3. The equipment of cleaning the air is good that it didn’t let my coat smell bad.

I've booked for a table at 5pm, but around the new year holiday, we stuck on the road, then we reach the restaurant at 5.12pm, then they told us that the table is already for other on site waiting customers. Well, they said that they can keep the table for 10 mins ~ they even dont make a phone call to reminds us. ~ I feel really disappointed about the service, I also dont suggest you to come to such a bad service restaurant when we have other better choices ??

Decent quality foods. Considering it’s located in the heart of 西門町, it’s a good deal. Courteous and fast service. Recommended.
