★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 結構看起來很好，但是窗外下大雨，屋內下小雨。樓下垃圾經常堆積如山，走廊也堆積許多雜物，空氣也較不流通，因此衛生環境較差。戶數相當多，也是一間非常老的建築。唯獨附近的生活機能不錯就是。
The structure looks good, but there is heavy rain outside the window and light rain inside the house. The garbage downstairs is often piled up like a mountain, and the corridors are also piled up with many debris, and the air is not circulated, so the sanitary environment is poor. There are quite a few households and it is also a very old building. Only the living functions nearby are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 走進西園國宅彷彿回到五.六零年代的台灣景象，開發早、宮廟多，加上建設少、幾乎無都更案，這邊就在河邊，景觀不錯，希望能早日更新。
Entering Xiyuan Country House seems to be back to the scene of Taiwan in the 1950s and 1960s. Early development and more palace temples, coupled with less construction and almost no change, are here by the river. The scenery is good, and I hope to update it soon.
