★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我今天15:25親自到店要取貨，結果竟然沒開門營業。我上次就講了，我付了運費你們説不能直接寄到家，結果我從中和跑來拿，竟然沒開門營業，門口也沒張貼任何告示！真令人火大?
I went to the store in person at 15:25 today to pick up the goods, but it was not open for business. As I said last time, I paid the shipping fee and you said that it could not be delivered directly to your home. As a result, I ran from Zhonghe to pick it up, but it was not open for business, and there was no sign posted at the door! Really hot ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 向九宏五金行下標商品.店員打來說缺貨要客人取消.客不取消要換有貨的顏色又說不是網站上的的價格要再加比網站標的價錢還要多.後來又說原本的顏色有貨.根本自己打臉!出貨前還特別告知要全新商品(網路刊登也是寫全新品)但商品送貨來時根本就是舊的.又髒又黏.請他們外務跟公司反映卻又要客人退貨!根本沒有誠信可言.....想要網路購買的客人請小心
I placed an order with Jiuhong Hardware Co., Ltd. The clerk called and said that it was out of stock and asked the customer to cancel it. The original color is in stock. It's totally self-defeating! Before shipping, it was specially told that it was a brand new product (the online publication was also written as a brand new product), but the product was completely old when it was delivered. It was dirty and sticky. Ask them to contact the company for foreign affairs. Reflect but ask customers to return! There is no integrity at all..... Customers who want to buy online, please be careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible online service, everytime we need something from them, either they don't respond or when they respond they answer always different, so I wonder how complicated is that?
Their part is not bad is seriously is always the phone respond or line (online service was TERRIBLE!!
Really hope this issue can be fix soon.
