パリパリの生地を一口かじると、中にはピリ辛でジューシーなお肉が入っています。胡椒がしっかりと効いており、しばらく辛さが口に残りました。個人的には好みの辛さです。
熱々の肉汁が沢山入っているので、こぼして服を汚したり、口の中を火傷したりしないようにご注意ください。美味しゅうございました。
I bought one pepper cake to fill my stomach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早上經過，看這家店是賣兩種不同的產品，早餐時間的主力是三明治，漢堡。但是那烤胡椒餅的爐子已經生了火，大概是準備為烤胡椒餅做準備吧。
我自己的經驗，在大安路有一間買胡椒餅的，也號稱是從萬華過來的(或是技術是傳承自萬華的)，他們的營業時間是從中午以後開始，到傍晚，這邊的這家，或許也是，同一個營業地點，做了最佳的利用，早上買早餐，中午以後賣胡椒餅。
比較有意思的是，蠻多賣胡椒餅的小店，都會冠以 “萬華” 兩個字，或許是師承萬華的原始店吧。

外皮略硬口感很像老北方的烤餅，調味稍鹹一些，對我而言是中規中矩價格35公道的胡椒餅，但如其他評論所述確實沒有胡椒的香氣
