★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very strong meat and pepper flavor of Hujiao bing (Taiwanese pork pepper bun). The skin is thicker than typical so felt like it’s bit dried, but once you bite the meat, you would get hot juicy pork soup then taste much better.
Be careful to not get burned your mouth!
