開價跟周遭比起來非常離譜貴

1.靠近萬華龍山寺(剝皮寮對面）卻又硬要說博愛特區
2.青山宮遶境必經路線(廣州街)鞭炮很吵而且數日(google就知道)
3.剝皮寮是臨時快篩站
4.西曬嚴重
5.靠萬華龍山寺環境不好,鄰巷還有撿破爛的
6.要熱鬧不熱鬧,比治安也沒有特別好
7.小坪數小基地公設比又很高
8.開價離譜
