今天特地買了這家的蛋黃酥跟鳳梨酥來吃吃看,第一眼都是看外型,感覺對了就會去買,於是買了3顆蛋黃酥跟5顆鳳梨酥來吃看看^_^ 蛋黃酥: 內餡多而綿密,尤其紅豆泥真的給他飽滿、蛋黃真的好大顆,還是整顆沒切喔!剛剛整口下去⋯哇!不會乾澀!不會太甜!也不會太鹹!不像有些市面咬下去,表皮太散滿嘴碎碎。這個比例剛剛好,皮酥、紅豆泥紮實、加上蛋黃香而不鹹。滿足⋯喜歡嚐鮮的一定要吃。 鳳梨酥: 這個外皮非常酥,不會偏硬,內餡的鳳梨好軟,不偏酸也不偏甜,不黏牙,表皮酥內餡軟,在口中慢慢化開,不需要一直的嚼,此時鳳梨的香,從舌頭感官慢慢擴散到口腔最後到鼻子,鳳梨的香甜酸都一次滿足。 最後最後!沒吃過的一定要嚐鮮看看,據我所知因為製作需要有量才會生產喔!所以先訂先吃,晚訂就是看人吃!一個對品質要求的食品,最後呈現出來的就是堅持的美味。
