不過,沒菜單沒價目表,兩組乾麵+滷蛋+貢丸湯和一份滷豬腳,總共220元。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 探索龍山寺周邊早餐:第一站是羅家擔仔麵。低調的店面,濃厚的食物,價格平實,路過可以嘗嘗。
乍看之下令人起疑,「這是賣什麼的?」牆上沒有菜色,攤前桌上沒有菜單,只能偷看八分滿的席間,碗裡有些什麼。
興許是麵攤?壯起膽子問老闆,「麵、米粉、貢丸湯、豬腳」,挺好,單純幾樣,主食可選乾或湯,豬腳可以選肉多、筋多、蹄尖。
來碗湯麵加滷蛋,湯的味道十分濃郁、麵條一般,搭配上常見的豆芽跟韭菜麵碼,滷蛋的蛋黃鬆軟好吃。很快下肚,飽足感適中。豬腳選了筋多,都剪開了,吃起來不用呲牙咧嘴,不損形象,而且眾人分食也方便。
翻桌率挺高,客人來來往往,絡繹不絕(而且大家都張口就喊出要吃什麼,不像我還得問菜單),店家的手一直沒停過,想來這也是深受鄰里喜愛的早餐店啊。

Come to a bowl of noodle soup with braised egg. The soup has a very rich flavor and average noodles. It is paired with common bean sprouts and leek noodles. The braised egg yolk is soft and delicious. Stomach down very quickly, moderate satiety. The pig's feet have a lot of tendons and are cut open. They don't need to grin and don't hurt their image. Moreover, it is convenient for everyone to share food.
The table turning rate is quite high, the guests come and go, and there is a constant stream of customers (and everyone opens their mouths and shouts what to eat, unlike I have to ask for the menu), the store has never stopped, and I want to come here and it is also loved by the neighborhood Breakfast shop.

北漂這麼多年頭一次在台北吃到肉燥乾麵
在台北的乾麵,要不是像基隆那種只有加豬油的麵,就是淋上甜辣醬那種邪魔歪道乾麵。在台北久了,有時候會想起中南部那種淋上肉燥的乾麵。
這家的乾麵有淋上肉燥。太感動了。
口味上乾麵以蔥香為主,不像中南部的乾麵是蒜頭和韭菜。雖然店家的麵裡面也有韭菜,但沒什麼味道,多是蔥和芹菜的味道。為什麼乾麵要加芹菜?黑人問號??
貢丸湯,貢丸就是貢丸,吃起來不會Q彈到嚇人,覺得放心。湯底部分是豬骨湯很讚。
豬腳,店家給的是腿庫部位,皮厚肉多吃起來爽度十足,可以沒有蒜頭醬油Y.Y
結帳是125,我猜應該是麵30、湯30、肉65。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第二次到訪.品項真的很少是優點也是缺點.然後因為料理習慣跟傳承的因素.滷汁跟豬肉會有碎骨.吃起來很怪.第一次吃的時候口味覺得偏死鹹.這次到訪味道就覺得剛好.所以口味沒有很穩定.整體味道是我喜歡的中部家鄉味
