湯麵就一般般
點餐順序有點奇怪，就算先點餐了還是要等阿嬤來問，然後點了3次還是記錯送錯餐……

肉羹湯香而不膩。
滷肉飯不油，非常入味

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很好吃、很新鮮、感覺得到有用心在做，我是很討厭豬肝的人，第一次遇到吃得下去的豬肝。燙青菜竟然有長年菜，而且還不會很苦，很神奇。生意很好，需要耐心等候，趕時間的話不適合。餛飩湯有加香菜，以後我要記得跟老闆說不要加。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店家其實沒有招牌也無正式店名，「中央市場滷肉飯」應只是網路上後來的取名。中央市場滷肉飯位在中央市場的攤販巷弄間，我觀察應是左近不少攤商的「灶咖」，一早就可看到不少應是攤商來碗飯麵或配點小菜裹腹。如此供應市場人的店，食材的新鮮度和品質絕對沒話說，這次所點的餐點大部分的確是如此。黑白切中的所有豬料取自新鮮溫體豬只是最基本，另點的豬肝湯是一大的亮點，除了質好新鮮外，給料量極大，我目測這碗湯所含的豬肝不知是否有超過20片！如此澎湃的豬肝湯在記憶中似乎還未曾遇過，推薦為造訪中央市場滷肉飯的主要理由。
這次另點的滷肉飯則是還可以。有人說是「大台北最佳」，我個人認為應還不到那程度，不是那種非常香甜中帶鹹口感又強的、一入口會驚嘆一下的某些名店的滷肉飯的滋味，這家店切丁的滷肉飯主要有著一種樸實的醬滷鹹味，不難吃但也不會特別好吃，主要功能應就是填肚用；此外有趣的是中央市場滷肉飯的「小碗」的確從頭小到底 ，不僅飯量較小連淋上的滷汁也迷你不少，原本考慮某些街頭店家會無論如何就淋上大量滷肉所以點小碗以免爆表，看來是過慮了
