★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可以給長輩安全、舒適又有活力的好住所。台北市真的很擁擠，但愛愛院有近百坪的中庭花園、廣大的交誼廳、二樓還有聯誼廳，有空可以帶著長輩到愛愛院去參觀喔！
It can give the elders a safe, comfortable and energetic place. Taipei City is really crowded, but the Aiaiyuan has an atrium garden of nearly 100 square meters, a vast social hall, and a social room on the second floor. You can take your elders to visit the Aiaiyuan when you have time!

This is an abusive nursing home where my father-in-law suffers from the abuse and incompetence of all the staff. My father-in-law constantly gets pneumonia from the force feeding methods practiced there, and he has suffered from a number of UTI's due to the poor job they do cleaning the patients. His teeth also faced serious decay since they can't even brush his teeth properly. We had to take him a dentist who specializes in dementia care so prescribed a specific way to brush his teeth in the future so help resolve the damage he suffered at this nursing home.
Furthermore, they abuse any family member that tries to defend and stand up for the family member who suffers at their hands. They reported my wife to the police about their reputation since she made a Facebook post on her own profile about how her father suffers at this nursing home. She didn't mention Ai Ai by name, but they definitely had their feelings hurt, and they reported her.
Maybe the care would be better if they spent more energy taking care of their patients who pay their bills instead of trying to cover up their incompetence and completely ugly behavior.
