本里原為古亭區騰雲里之一部，日據時代於本里建築有飛機場，因位於台北市南端故俗稱南機場。光復後為國軍軍眷聚集所在，後因人口增加遂於民國57年7月1曰行政區域調整時自騰雲里劃出並劃分為凌雲里球場里2里。70年4月1曰區里行政區調整將原凌雲里之空南一村劃歸新和里。忠信里兩個鄰劃入凌雲里，79年3月12日台北市第4期區里行政區域調整又將凌雲里球場里合併為凌霄里。82年2月15日起克難街更名國興路門牌號碼照舊。
 This feature
Originally, it was one of the Tengyunli in Guting District. In the Japanese occupation era, there was an airport in Benli, which is called the South Airport because it is located at the southern end of Taipei City. After the recovery, it was the place where the army of the national army gathered. Later, due to the increase in population, it was drawn from Tengyunli and divided into 2 miles in Lingyunli during the adjustment of the administrative area in July of the Republic of China. In April of the 70th, the administrative district of the district was transferred to Xinheli in the former Lingyunli. The two neighbors of Zhongxinli were enrolled in Lingyunli. On March 12, 79, the administrative area adjustment in the 4th district of Taipei City merged Lingyunli into Linglongli. On February 15th, 2008, the name of Guoxing Road was changed to the name of Guoxing Road.
