★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022.4.12（首訪）位於華中橋下，當地小巷內家庭式麵店，從外觀完全看不出來，按照地址才找到，店內只有瘦小老板娘一人掌廚，中午訂餐電話不停，什錦炒麵～90元很大碗，鑊氣足，可惜不合個人口味，能吃粗飽，用餐環境較差，(不適合)一般人內用，老板娘很親切，忙進忙出，刻苦耐勞，精神可佳，給4星嘉勉，吃過ㄧ次就好。
2022.4.12 (first visit) is located under the Huazhong Bridge. It is a family-style noodle shop in a local alley. It is completely invisible from the outside. It can only be found according to the address. There is only a skinny lady in charge of the chef.
