Nothing special about the beef. The white noodle however is chewy and tasty. Only come if you are really, really, really hungry.
Since it's 2017, I think it's hard to come by a beef noodle that cost onlt NT100 in Taiwan, so I really doubt its overall quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chewey noodles but a bit too firm for my liking. The soup is great and the beef not bad. So many garnishes here. Try the mentaiko looking one (Orange) which is slightly spicy and enhances the beef.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great beef noodles eatery available for a bowl of yum yum any time in a day. With little damage, you can get a bowl of noodles and side dishes.
Beware, this is somewhere for a bite, not a place for you to date or hang out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Taipei friend said this was his favorite beef noodle shop so decided to try it. It's right around the block from the more famous Fu Hong 富宏…actually there's a quite a few noodle shops on that same street so you could easily pass them by unless someone recommended them to you. I got the 綜合house special which includes beef, beef belly and innards. The noodles were satisfyingly chewy, the beef was tender, the soup base was a bit on the light and sweet side. The service was friendly. The price was only around 100 whereas most places in the city center would be charging 150.Overall another good choice for beef noodles in Taipei.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the 中 ( medium size ) beef noodle soup. Paid 110 NTD for this version.
Very nice texture of the noodles. The broth is amazingly flavourful. The meat is tender and tasty.
You can add a little bit of the beef fat by the table to enhance the flavour even more. The pickled mustard leaves are nice too.
Overall a very nice Taiwanese Beef Noodle experience.
