這是一家不老實的店家,昨天去買問淸楚紅魽腹肉一兩NT:60(價格不貴)但是切給我是腹肉最尾端靠近尾巴部位,很多筋難吃到靠北(這個部位不適合刺身,只能熟食)黑心的生意,以後還是乖乖的去濱江市場安安海鮮品質比較有保障。二年前就買過一次,也是很不好的經驗,明明有很魽腹肉,老闆就是不賣給我(大概是要交給附近的餐廳)只好去對面的金合吃握壽司,價格不貴品質很好,這家丸合列入打死不吃的名單之一。艋舺人真的很好騙,附近一些爆雷的店家還是生生不息,不知是否有味覺障礙,還是口袋錢多到無處花。

隱身在老市場裡的老攤商,看著年邁的師傅操作著俐落的刀法,一刀一刀的切下生魚片,就能想像味道是多麼的棒,實際帶回家體驗一番,真的覺得好新鮮好好吃,入口即化油脂,真的非常幸福 跟老闆小聊一下,發現早年有一些高級飯店的生魚片都是跟他們家合作的,目前萬華一些老牌日本料理,也是跟丸合進生魚片,覺得吃到這盤太超值了,有一種一次吃到了幾十家日本料理的幻覺啊?
