★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看到有「客人」邊跟老闆聊天,一邊很近的用手機在拍餡料食材,當下覺得很不衛生!
但大老遠去一趟,還是買了。味道很普通,蔬菜餃皮也沒什麼特別味道啊!可能是期待太高所以很失望
價格也頗高,衛生、品管應該要更好才是!

But I went all the way and bought it. The taste is very ordinary, and the vegetable dumpling wrappers don't have any special taste! It may be that the expectations were too high, so I was disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好吃的水餃!鮮蝦水餃外皮是加入紅蘿蔔汁、干貝則是用菠菜外皮;內餡使用國產黑豬肉,老闆娘人很親切,包裝時問你多久會到家,如果時間稍久,會在水餃外面包上保冰隔層,這天來買的韭菜是現包的,老闆娘還提醒回去先把盒子搖一搖避免水餃黏在一塊,再拿去冷凍,很是貼心!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 經過無數次都沒有買,一直最近看到節目介紹這家水餃是用鮮蝦,不是那種脆脆的泡水蝦,我才特地來買。老闆夫婦很親切,仔細解說食材多講究。干貝用清酒泡過,然後一整顆包進水餃裡,嚐起來格外鮮甜。蝦子也是一整隻包進去。水餃皮的顏色都是天然食材的顏色,菜單裡有詳細說明。綜合水餃20顆180,我覺得很值得。
I haven't bought it for countless times. I have been watching the show recently that this dumpling is made of fresh shrimp, not the kind of crispy soaked shrimp, so I bought it specially. The owner and his wife are very kind and explain carefully how the ingredients are exquisite. The scallops are soaked in sake and then wrapped in dumplings. They taste very sweet. The shrimp is also wrapped in one whole. The color of the dumpling skin is the color of natural ingredients, as detailed in the menu. I think it’s worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綜合水餃包含五種口味,外皮顏色都是用天然食材打汁或入麵粉,並非色素調染,可以安心食用,使用黑毛豬肉絞肉,油脂肉味佳,肥瘦比例剛好,不會顯膩。黃色外皮的鮮蝦水餃(紅蘿蔔皮)一吃就知道是新鮮蝦子,蝦鮮味跟口感自然,多餃舍海鮮口味的水餃,都會用香菜搭味,但香菜只是提香,味道比想像中薄淡。
橄欖綠色的干貝水餃(菠菜皮),大顆珠貝事先用米酒浸泡,再將浸泡汁液或入肉餡,干貝絲嚼感佳,吃起來甘鮮爽口,香菜輕描淡寫不搶味。
鮮鮪魚水餃(紅麴皮)是多餃舍特色口味,老闆娘Judy姐娘家正是賣生魚片的,攤位就是附近的丸合生魚片,將自家生魚片等級的鮪魚包入水餃,更增添肉鮮味。
米灰色的高麗菜豬肉水餃(燕麥皮),水餃皮滑Q,淡淡燕麥香氣我很喜歡,跟韭菜豬肉兩款經典口味,當然是人氣商品,黑毛豬肉鮮爽不膩,玉米豬肉水餃,每顆包入滿滿玉米粒,飽水濃郁的玉米甜味,好吃推薦。
多餃舍的水餃用煎的也好吃,皮煎到酥香,內餡肉汁迸發更過癮,每次經過多餃舍很難不被「123水餃醬汁」給注意到,進而詢問才知道123水餃是多餃舍的師傅,多年前我第一次逛士東市場買的就是123水餃,這真是太有緣了,多餃舍一直很感謝123水餃,非常尊敬,兩家關係也很好,想感受多餃舍老闆跟老闆娘的熱情嗎?找時間不妨來走一趟,沒空的朋友可以到店家網站、臉書訂購,非常方便。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time bought their dumplings in Xinfu market(新富町市場, also called三水市場). I recognized this shop by their decoration, the yellow lantern of 2020萬華大鬧熱that hosted by The General Association of Chinese Culture(GACC)last year. I recommend their 綜合水餃 because customers could taste at least 4 kinds of flavours dumplings all at once. Personally I like their Taiwanese-pork dumplings because their pork taste yummy haha! The owner is very passionate and warm-hearted. She would ask you how long you will arrive at your house by using either newspaper or some kind of white color package which can protect your delicious dumplings before getting home.
If you ever wanted to buy some souvenirs near Longshan temple or some late night snack dumplings for yourself, please phone them and reserve the dumplings package before 4pm. They usually closed at 4pm. And please put them into freezer as soon as you get home.
Attached is the boiling dumplings that I cooked last week. I found out their feature is not too thin and not too thick dumplings wrapper. There’s also a direction printed on the commercial package which teach you the proper way and step-by-step tips to cook boiled dumplings.
